2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the contact details above.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs from your choice of delivery other than standard), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You should send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Condition of returned goods

Goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unused and in original packaging where possible. We may deduct from the refund an amount for diminished value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

5. Exceptions

Your right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery (e.g. supplements) where unsealing would affect hygiene or the nature of the product, if we have informed you of this before purchase. In such cases we will state any exceptions clearly on the product or order page.

6. Refund method

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
